Bonjour trouwe fans,
een snelle update vanuit het herfstige Lausanne.

Zaterdag 20:15 vertrekt het vliegtuig met ons fantastische team naar Bangkok. Na een overnachting daar, vertrekt er een ander vliegtuig naar Phnom Penh. Maandagmiddag 16:00 landen we daar en zijn we in CAMBODJA waar onze outreach zal plaatsvinden!

Vrijdag moet er ook nog getrouwd worden, dus ik ga in (inderdaad, pap) 24 uur heen en weer naar Nederland, inclusief bruiloft. Deze week is dus voor allerlei belangrijke zaken: guesthouse Bangkok boeken, presentatie maken, teambuilding, aankomsttijden bevestigen met YWAM Cambodja, etc. Elke minuut is volgeboekt, inclusief 2 ochtenden morning exercise om 6:00.

Er is altijd wat te regelen, te mailen, te vragen, te bespreken, te doen - deze week is een perfecte mogelijkheid om dingen te leren zoals 'hoe om te gaan met stress'.........
En zeker als teamleider kun je niet in paniek rondjes gaan rennen. Dus altijd de kalmte bewaren, is het motto.

De community is uitgebreid met Noah Samuel, zoon van Vanessa (Zwitsers) en Peter (Nederlands). Dat was dus beschuit met muisjes!

Mijn bliksembezoek aan Nederland laat geen mogelijkheid over om andere mensen te zien behalve de bruiloftsgasten, dus wil je mn gezicht graag nog zien, dan raad ik je aan om 9:15 bij de kapper te zijn, of zaterdagochtend half 7 op Schiphol.

Bonjour dear fans,
a quick update from Lausanne.

Saturday at 8:15 pm the plane departs, with our fantastich team, to Bangkok. After spending a night there, another plane brings us to Phnom Penh. Monday afternoon at 4 pm we'll arrive there, and will be in CAMBODIA where our outreach will take place!

People have to get married on Friday, zo I'll in go there and back in (indeed, dad) 24 hours, including the wedding.
So this week is for all kinds of important things: book the guesthouse in Bangkok, make a presentation, do teambuilding, confirm arrival times with YWAM Cambodia, etc. Every minute is full, including 2 times morning exercise at 6 am.

There's always something to organize, to email, to ask, to discuss, to do - this week really is a perfect opportunity to learn things like 'how to deal with stress'......
And especially being teamleader, you can't really run around panicking. So always remain calm, is our motto.

Our community expanded by the birth of Noah Samuel, son of Vanessa (Swiss) and Peter (Dutch). So we ate beschuit met muisjes!
(I really don't know how to translate that. Biscuit with little mice??)

My short visit to the Netherlands doesn't leave any oppurtunity for me to see other people than the guests at the wedding, so would you like to see my face, I'll advice to be at the hairdresser at 9:15 am, or Saturday morning 6:30 am at Schiphol Airport.
